The new 250,000-square foot East Campus of Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences Boca Raton recently opened, bringing with it 111 independent living apartments and a host of new resort-style amenities. Located at 21036 95th Ave., on the 100-acre campus of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, the East Campus of the continuing care retirement community includes a new resort-style pool, two new dining venues, an auditorium and a movie theater. Residents also have access to a concierge, full-service spa, salon, and barbershop, sundries store valet and weekly housekeeping and linen service. Additional amenities at Sinai Residences include al fresco dining poolside, an art studio, card rooms, a library, multiple dining venues, wellness and fitness centers and numerous social, recreational, educational and cultural programs.
Operated by Federation CCRC Development and self-managed, Sinai Residences offers a full continuum of care, from independent and assisted living options to rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care.
The new independent living units are a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den units up to 3,200 square feet. Interior features include kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, balconies and washers/dryers. Just a few units remain, priced from the $500,000s to over $2 million. Monthly fees for independent living start at $3,930 or $5,900 for couples.
